The room size was decent. I liked the presence of a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. decor in the reception and breakfast area felt luxurious. the hotel's location near the train station and tram stop was really useful. the staff were friendly and helpful. I found this aspect particularly strong.
My room faced the street and i noticed some noise from the trams passing by. It was slight but noticeable.

The breakfast area had a nice selection of pastries, alongside fresh fruit and yogurt. I saw gluten-free bread was also an option. the breakfast room looked very clean and well kept. service staff constantly refreshed the buffet.

the hotel is near haymarket station, a really convenient spot, and is accessible by tram or bus directly from the airport. dean village is also within walking distance. i noticed several restaurants and shops around the hotel.

i appreciated the staff's friendliness and their readiness to assist with directions and recommendations. the manager offered me a room upgrade when there was maintenance occurring, it was a nice gesture. the cleaning staff did a great job too!

the location proved quite convenient for reaching various points of interest. tram and bus stations are within a short walk. the room was super clean and i liked the hot shower. the staff was very helpful and cute, this.
the door lock in my room did not feel entirely secure, and i experienced some noise at times.

the location is great. it is only two minutes from the haymarket station and the tram stop. i left my bags at the hotel before check in so i could explore without them. breakfast was good with tasty options.
the stair carpet was worn. i noticed the lock on the main front door could be opened by the same key to my room. travelling alone, this concerned me. there was no way to double lock the door from the inside.
